SOLEOS has advised Cologne-based B2B installation platform for solar, storage and e-mobility solutions Installion GmbH on its Series A financing round with Eneco Ventures, which raised EUR 3.2 million.
The venture capital arm of Dutch energy provider Eneco joins previous nvestors Christoph Ostermann, Kai Howaldt and Bernhard Beck.
Installion’s target customers to date have been B2B contractors (utilities, sales organisations) looking for installation capacity for solar, storage and e-mobility solutions. Executing installers are brought together with clients on the Installion platform. Since 2020, the company has increasingly been building its own assembly hubs to establish a nationwide network of installation capacities across Germany.
To date, over 350 clients (representing around 70 per cent of the German PV market) have successfully completed nearly 4500 projects using the Installion platform.
The fresh capital will be used for the nationwide expansion of the digital project allocation and management platform and to accelerate the establishment of 20 own installation branches by 2022 in which 200 own craftsmen are to be employed.
