SOLEOS has advised Munich-based ABZ Abrechnungs- und Beratungsgesellschaft eG, the largest voluntary economic association of dentists in Germany, on the sale of its factoring division for orthodontic practices to ABZ Zahnärztliches Rechenzentrum für Bayern GmbH.
ABZ eG supports dentists, orthodontists as well as oral and maxillofacial surgeons in the areas of fee management, business consulting and quality management.
As the bavarian market leader in dental private liquidation, the Zahnärztliches Rechenzentrum für Bayern will in future also offer its comprehensive factoring, accounting and practice management services to orthodontic practices throughout Germany via the ABZ Kompetenzzentrum Kiefernorthopädie (Orthodontic Competence Centre), which was founded specifically for this purpose.
