SOLEOS has advised the Munich-based PropTech startup spaciv GmbH on its first round of financing, raising a 7-figure sum. The funding round was led by main incubator (early-stage VC of the Commerzbank Group), followed by experienced workplace specialists GRAEF, CSMM – architecture matters and a further co-investor.
spaciv is developing the first digital platform for the dynamic analysis and automated calculation of space requirements. With spaciv, organisations can tailor their office space to the individual needs of their employees and thus create resource-saving and productivity-increasing working environments. Early customers include the Serviceplan Group, the Versicherungskammer Bayern and CommerzReal.
spaciv will invest the fresh capital in the further development of the product and the professionalization of sales and marketing activities.
