SOLEOS is once again co-hosting the renowned practice seminar “Update Capital Markets Law” together with Link Market Services.
The practical seminar “Update Capital Markets Law”, which is already taking place for the 18th time, will be broadcast live from the Grünebaum-Studios in Berlin-Charlottenburg on 19 January 2021 from 3.00 to 6.00 pm.
In the practical seminar, the speakers and experts will report on their experiences with the virtual general meeting, give an outlook on the coming virtual general meeting season and look ahead to 2022, for which the legislator must create new rules for the virtual general meeting.
Another focus will be on initial practical experience with the new rules surrounding the implementation of the Second Shareholders’ Rights Directive (ARUG II).
The practical seminar is aimed at representatives of listed companies, but also at consultants and all others who are interested in the current developments in capital market law.
