SOLEOS has advised the founder and previous managing director on the sale of all shares in Sigl Bordnetz Design GmbH, a specialist in physical wiring system development with over 20 years of experience, to ASAP Group.
The integration of Sigl Bordnetz Design GmbH and its Munich site into the ASAP Group, a development partner to the automotive industry, is thus taking place with retroactive effect from January 1, 2022. Both companies will continue to operate as two legally independent companies working closely together.
The expertise of Sigl Bordnetz Design lies in particular in project management, in the area of networking as well as in virtual 3D design, around the product wiring harness for the automotive industry, with the company acting as a link and coordinator between OEM and suppliers.
