SOLEOS advised the Berlin-based startup Filu Vet on its seed financing round with Rivus Capital as lead investor and co-investors including the Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund with Bettine Schmitz, in which €2 million was raised.
As part of the pre-seed financing round supported by SOLEOS, the founders of the US startup Bond Vet and other business angels had already invested in Filu Vet in May of this year.
Filu Vet is building new technology-enabled veterinary practices at the intersection of prevention, emergency treatment, and digital advice via a “de novo” approach. The first practice of Filu Vet opens in Munich in January 2023. FiluVet’s mission is a better experience with personalized and convenient holistic care. With a female veterinarian on its founding team, Filu Vet addresses the structural problems of veterinary medicine and creates new ways of working with less administrative burden and more flexible work models through the use of technology.
