SOLEOS advised Munich-based climate tech start-up enerkii GmbH on its first financing round, led by World Fund, Europe’s leading climate tech VC.
enerkii offers a software and hardware solution that delivers cost-effective and green energy without customers having to take any risks or make any investments. On average, enerkii customers save 50 percent on their current electricity bills. In addition, customers benefit from a resilient, self-sufficient power supply. The company aims to become the leading provider of decentralized renewable energy for commercial and industrial customers in Europe and has already signed several contracts with leading German industrial companies. Systems with a total capacity of over 87 MW are currently in the planning stage.
enerkii will use the capital from the financing round to drive forward its Europe-wide expansion plans and hire key employees.
