SOLEOS advised the Munich-based PropTech company ShareYourSpace GmbH, one of the founding partners of which is Commerz Real AG, on a financing round concluded in April 2020.
In addition to their investment, the new investors bring digital expertise, industrial competence and networks. The capital raised as part of the new financing round will be used for the service development and further development of the platform www.shareyourspace.com.
Via the platform www.shareyourspace.com office space that is not in permanent use can be offered and booked. ShareYourSpace offers companies the opportunity to reduce office costs and thus also contributes to coping with the corona crisis. In addition, the strongest possible lever for more sustainability in the real estate industry is being moved: areas are better utilized, resources and the environment are protected.
