SOLEOS advised Fintech CAPinside, Hamburg, on the acquisition of CAPinside by Universal-Investment, a portfolio company of Montagu Private Equity. It was agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction.
CAPinside is an artificial intelligence-based B2B online platform for the investment market with a focus on fund marketing and sales initiation. Universal-Investment is the largest independent investment company in the German-speaking region.
